Q: I am not in the medical field, can I still volunteer?
Answer: Yes, you may. Contact us, and we will let you know of different ways to volunteer.
Q: How do I get involved?
Answer: Through donations, both monetary and nonmonetary, to help support our mission work. HAIG is also involved in other local volunteer work. If you wish to be part of us, contact us for more details.
Q: I am a student, can I volunteer?
Answer: Yes! HAIG supports students. We welcome students to accompany us on our medical mission trips. Check with your school to see if you can acquire clinical hours from these trips.
Q: I am a licensed clinician in the United States, do I need temporary licensing to practice in another country where the camp is held?
Answer: Yes. Temporary licensing is required when practicing in other countries. Contact us for more country-specific licensing regulations.
